PRR报告基因细胞:TLR, CLR, NOD
促炎反应是由先天性免疫系统中特定的模式识别受体(PRRs)识别病原相关模式分子(PAMPs)所引起的。
InvivoGen提供一系列完整的人源及鼠源报告细胞系旨在表达主要的模式识别受体家族:Toll样受体(TLRs)、NOD样受体(NLRs)、RIG-I样受体(RLRs)、C型凝集素受体(CLRs)、和胞质DNA感受器(CDS)/干扰素基因刺激分子(STING)以及新型细胞质糖传感器:ALPK1 (alphakinase 1) 和 TIFA (TRAF-interacting protein with forkhead-associated domain)。
PRR报告基因细胞系不仅可以过表达所需的PRR表达基因,也可以敲除或敲入该基因。
