Premixed Protein Marker (Low)是由加热变性好的六种不同分子量的蛋白质组成，它的分子量范围为：14.3 KDa～97.2 KDa。本制品使用时无需任何处理，可以直接进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳，经考马斯亮蓝R－250染色后的各种蛋白质的条带强度均一。每微升本制品的蛋白量为0.6 μg，每次电泳取5 μl (for SDS-PAGE mini gel)。以每次使用5 μl计算时本制品约可使用100次。
 
■ 保存
-20℃。
 
■ 10%、12%、15%的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳后，经考马斯亮蓝R-250染色后的结果如下:

Background The protein encoded by this gene contains four EF-hand calcium binding domains, and is a member of the centrin protein family.Centrins are evolutionarily conserved proteins similar to the CDC31 protein of S.cerevisiae.Yeast CDC31 is located at the centrosome of interphase and mitotic cells, where it plays a fundamental role in centrosome duplication and separation.Multiple forms of the proteins similar to the yeast centrin have been identified in human and other mammalian cells, some of which have been shown to be associated with centrosome fractions.This protein appears to be one of the most abundant centrins associated with centrosome, which suggests a similar function to its yeast counterpart.Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Human TNFSF10 is a type II transmembrane protein with an intracellular N-terminus and a ‘TNF homology domain’ (THD) at the extracellular C terminus. TNFSF10 can interact with several distinct receptors. Two of these receptors that belongs to TNFR superfamily, DR4 (TRAIL-R1) and DR5 (TRAIL-R2/TRICK2), are plasma membrane proteins containing intracellular death domains essential for activating apoptosis. TNFSF10 is promising for cancer therapy because it is cytotoxic and activates apoptosis in the majority of malignant cells, but not in normal cells.

Thioflavin T is a fluorescent dye that binds to beta sheet-rich structures, such as those in tau fibrils. Upon binding, the emission spectrum of the dye experiences a red-shift and increased fluorescence intensity. Thioflavin T emission curves show increased fluorescence (correlated to tau aggregation) over time in tau preformed fibrils (SPR-330). Tau preformed fibrils (SPR-330) seed the formation of new tau fibrils when combined with tau monomers (SPR-327). Thioflavin T ex = 450 nm, em = 485 nm.

是用于分离和纯化lgG的亲和层析介质，Protein G是一种分离自G Streptococci的细胞壁蛋白，它可通过其Fc片段结合哺乳动物IgG。重组protein G含有高亲和结合位点，减少了非特异性吸附。Protein G和Protein A有相同的lgG结合特性，相比Protein A，Protein G对牛、羊、马等多克隆抗体有更强的结合力，它还可以很好结合的大鼠lgG、人lgG3和小鼠lgG1，是以高度交联的4%琼脂糖凝胶为基质，可以在相对较高的流速下迚行单克隆抗体和多克隆抗体的纯化。
