胞质DNA感受器 (CDS) 激动剂及相关产品推荐

CDS可识别受损的、定位错误的、或致病性DNA,进而通过TBK1-IRF3通路诱导I型干扰素的产生。DNA通常定位于细胞核或线粒体中,但当它的合成或运输出现错误时会在细胞浆中聚集。此外,在感染情况下,病毒或微生物的DNA也可以进入到宿主细胞的细胞浆中。许多CDS已经被报道,包括腺苷脱氨酶DAI、解旋酶DDX41、干扰素诱导的IF116蛋白,以及cGAS(环-GMP-AMP合成酶)。AIM2是另外一种胞浆脱氧核糖核酸传感器,它受到刺激后形成炎症小体并进一步诱导产生IL-1®。
