TLR7/8 激动剂及相关产品
TLR7和TLR8都是与病毒感染引起的免疫反应相关的胞内受体。它们识别富含GU的短单链RNA,以及咪唑喹啉和核苷类似物等人工合成的小分子。TLR7/TLR8的信号通路依赖于MyD-88的活化、AP-1和IFN-α/β等转录因子入核,以及IRF7的磷酸化。IRF7磷酸化诱导ISRE的表达和I型干扰素基因的产生,而AP-1和IFN-α/β的激活导致细胞因子的释放。
