CleanCap® Reagent AGTrilink专利加帽产品,Trilink N-7113体外共转录,5’端加帽形成cap1结构。CleanCap的加帽效率可以达到98%。请注意:Trilink推荐尽可能使用CleanCapAGCleanCap AG需要AG启动子。通常情况下,CleanCap AG的加帽效率>90%。和CleanCap AG不同,CleanCap GG (cat. no. N-7133 or N-7433) 的专利效率和产量和ARCA类似。
