葡聚糖硫酸钠,是一种由葡萄糖聚合,经硫酸化后所得的化合物。本产品的平均分子量约为5000(分子量范围:1000-9000),是聚阴离子物质。在细胞培养中,本品可通过改变细胞表面的电荷,来促使单个细胞悬浮,防止细胞结团。在动物实验中,已有多篇文献验证,可用于小鼠等动物结肠炎模型的诱导。
