Ro 08-2750 is an inhibitor of NGF-induced apoptosis. At submicromolar concentrations, Ro 08-2750 inhibits binding selectively to p75NTR. At higher concentrations, Ro 08-2750 inhibits binding selectively to P75NTR and TrkA. In SK-N-MC cells, it prevents NGF-induced apoptosis. Ro 08-2750 is an inhibitor of NGFR. |
