克隆号UCHT1 (Leu-4)(T3)单克隆抗体与人CD3ε一种属于免疫球蛋白超家族的20 kDa跨膜细胞表面蛋白反应。CD3ε是结合形成TCR复合物的五个多肽链之一。CD3ε在T淋巴细胞NK-T细胞上表达，并在不同程度上在发育中的胸腺细胞上表达。CD3在TCR信号T淋巴细胞活化和抗原识别中发挥作用。通过固定化UCHT1 (Leu-4)(T3)抗体交联TCR通常用于体外激活T细胞。
